Is AG Reyes a lackey all too willing to do Trump’s bidding?

This week New York Attorney General Tish James filed a 216 page lawsuit against Trump, three of his children, multiple Trump entities, and senior executives in those organizations, alleging in detail a history of systemic fraud and corruption. She cites brazen examples. Trump could never have succeeded in his “staggering” criminal enterprise (alleged) without a contingent of willing enablers. Donald Trump Needed (and got) a Lot of Help to be this Corrupt. Several of them are named defendants in the lawsuit.

Also this week, we were reminded again that among Trump’s coterie of willing enablers and loyalists are several state attorneys general, the chief law enforcement officers in their respective states who swore an oath to uphold and enforce the rule of law without favor. Eleven state attorneys general filed or joined in a friend-of-the-court (amicus) brief in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals pledging their support for Trump’s request that one of the criminal investigations of Trump be stayed and a special master be appointed to review 100 documents found in citizen Trump’s possession that were marked “classified.”
